Make two cheesecakes and have one all to yourself.

Oh yes, get a new espresso machine asap!!! I've had way too much experience with these machines, and I have learned that cheap ones aren't worth it, neither are the automated ones. The grind of the beans is very important, so get a good burr grinder as well. All the trial and error (several years of learning) was worth it. We now have a great machine and that first sip of a mocha at 5am is just incredible. Really, no more Starbucks! wholelattelove.com gave me great info. Hope this helps!

I bought a Solis SL90 and a Solis burr grinder. These two have definitely been the best money I've spent for my kitchen in the past two years. If you only lived closer, one sip and Bill would be convinced. (http://www.baratza.com/html/93)
