WOOHOO!

today was a red-letter day:

  • i took my first steps with my cane today!
  • i left the house for the first time!
  • i rode a cart around costco! it was awesome!

    AND ...

  • i'm working on a cool new banner for the site. i hate this one. i think regular readers will get a kick out of it. no more hints.

    eventually i'll be able to write about something other than my knee. not yet, though. i feel better and better every single day.

    It isn't that picture Bill took of your knee, is it? Maybe the banner is one of you kicking a person whose car is parked illegally in a handicapped parking space....oh, c'mon, tell!

    Go easy on that cart action, missy - I'd hate to see your knee ready for action and your butt locked up for moving violations.
