Cross country, huh? Well that doesn't bode well for me, since I'm on the other end of it. And if she's hanging with those two, they're probably hooking up with the Fab Five from Queer Eye, and looking for something to redecorate. Thanks, but I like my pad the way it is. :o)
Posted by Kyle at April 30, 2006 12:58 PMI have to tell you, I have a secret crush on Ike Barinholtz, but I thought I was the only one. Bobby Lee, not so much, but he'd be damned fun to hang out with.
Posted by Jody at April 30, 2006 01:03 PMExcuse me while I click on Ike and Bobby's links. Don't know who they are.
Posted by KathyHowe at April 30, 2006 03:19 PMAnd this is exactly why John and I do not discuss our dreams. Unless they were hilariously funny. Or just wrong. Like Stacey's.
Posted by Vicki at April 30, 2006 04:16 PMOK, so this is a total subject hijack, but I have misplaced your email address:
The Tri-C JazzFest is a community college jazz festival, held at Tower City Center, a large mixed-use facility located on Public Square in the center of downtown Cleveland, Ohio.
The band, Mifune, was playing. They were garbed in modest white tshirts, with an image of GW Bush on the front with the red circle-slash icon superimposed. They only played 20 minutes, as the power was cut off, due to their outfits.
The person who demanded the band remove or disguise their t-shirts was Lisa Kreiger.
"We felt the band's attire was distracting and inappropriate", said Lisa Kreiger. "We welcome all the musical groups from the festival. The purpose of the show was to provide musical entertainment."
