Comments: Meat

Hiya Bill. You are such a great hubby - cooking breakfast for your wife.

BTW - are you going to try to get to see The Who when they are on their world tour?

Thinking about fake meat sheets nearly made me change my mind about getting up to go to Publix to get some little lamb chops. Nearly.

Not thinking about meat sheets. Not thinking about fake meat rolls. Not thinking about what fake meat is made of really.

Am thinking about juicy fatty grilled rosemaryed yummy lamb chops that were maybe not so long ago walking around in a nice little pen eating nice little lamb food.

Sometimes, in a pinch, we will have "Steak-ems" on a hoagie roll with sauteed onions and peppers. These are exactly as you described: sheets of frozen, pressed meat; ready to cook and eat within minutes. Hmmm...will I buy them again?

Your post reminded me of "Hats of Meat:" http://www.hatsofmeat.com/ It's one of those sites that makes me laugh and makes me a little queasy all at the same time.
