Comments: HAPPY BIRTHDAY, YOU OLD GIMP!

Photos on licenses are supposed to look like mug shots! It's a rule. So, if yours is anything like that, it is "NORMAL", just like you my dear!

Happy Birthday, Stacey!

My family has such a strong history of premature macular degeneration. I have started on a very heavy regimen of certain kinds of vitamin supplements. I figure it can't hurt.

You are one of the strongest women I almost know! Hang tough, gal.

We don't want to lose you Stacey so perhaps it's best to stick to the daylight hours. It's a good job you work at home now. Hope Jackson's good spirits are continuing.

I agree with what Anji said.

Also, I just want to remind you that I adore you and Bill and think you are wonderful parents. Just look at your children...all are fabulous people who got that way partly because that's just who they are, and partly because they had wonderful parents.

I am praying like crazy for Jax. I look forward to hearing about all the miracles that will come to him through sobriety. I live with someone who is 16 yrs clean and sober. She was NEVER supposed to live this long...all the dr's told her she would die before 30. She did, in fact, die 3 times from overdoses. Actually, the 3 times are the ones she remembers. She thinks she probably had more times that are simply a blur.

Both her mom and dad said she wasn't welcome in their homes anymore until she sobered up. Her young son used to hide from her when she'd stop by, in a drunken blackout. Oh yes, it was bad. Somehow, she made it to AA, got off the streets, and into a half way house for 6 mos.

She turned 44 yesterday. This high school dropout has an MBA and owns a small, thriving business. She is in a happy, long-term relationship, and has a terrific relationship with her sweet, grown-up son. When she chairs an AA meeting, there are always people who swear she's making up her low bottom, because no one survives going that low.

Stacey, miracles do happen. I live with one! Hold on. Just keep holding on. Jax's miracles are on the way. xoxo
