Not a Butterball...a Kroger something or other on sale at either 69 or 79 cents a pound. Chris fried it this morning a little before 10:00 a.m. for an hour and 15 minutes or so and then made a mad dash to my Dad's with us following behind shortly thereafter. I started cooking at 7:00 this morning. Our first T'Giving without my Mom. Bittersweet.

We had a tofurkey. :) It was quite wonderful. No really. It was the best one we've had. Put it in a basting bag with vegies and some various liquids for basting.
