I'm assuming he doesn't have to put three children in full time daycare... because THEN maybe $6 and health insurance isn't enough. It's hard to justify it when you are working and daycare costs $75 more a week than you get GROSS.

i was waiting for you to blast scalia. apparently the freakin' supreme court justices have less ethical constraints than you "regular lawyers." i thought it was about the appearance of impropriety and not about whether the cases have, indeed, been discussed.

Oh, and that duck hunt? Seems it was a "special" hunt, where the shooting field is "seeded" with live game. Caged ducks released just in time for the big white hunter to shoot.
