I just love roasted peppers, but only have had them as an appetizer or an addition to a sandwich. Thanks - I think I'll get creative. And thanks for the soup recipe. I make a lot of soup, and this one sounds good. Especially with the crab meat.

I love "cheats" and my cupboards are stocked with them whenever I have the desire to cook but want to take a short cut.
