Mu Mum used to make rice pudding with evaporated milk is she was short of real milk, it was perfect!

In my home "rice pudding" is synonymous with "ambrosia" 'cuz it is truly the perfect desert. I use a similar recipe after years of experimenting, and now there's no going back.
