yes, i (we) laughed like crazy. i think we'll be finding meringue in little hidey holes for a while. i had to point out to bill that there was dried peppermint meringue in his belt hole this morning.

The meringue in the belt hole, days later, would have put me in hysterics for the better part of an hour.

I've thought about my squeezing advice and wondered if I didn't get it backwards- isn't the narrow, more pointed tip the top? So that would be squeeze from the bottom to the top, wouldn't it?

Either way, squeezing in the middle is bad.
