How about taking them one at a time. Rob always takes his pills without a drink. I have problems swallowing the smallest with a glass of water.

I'd take them at the BP and see what happens.

Oh dear Bill - you are just as bad as me when it comes to taking tablets. I also take chromium piccolinate (great advice Stacey) but when I take these humungous tablets, I put it on the very back of my tongue, take a giant swig of water, tilt my head back and voila ...... down it goes.
