Ouch!
Posted by Joel at November 15, 2005 01:51 AMGee thanks. I nearly choked myself to death with the extremely sharp inhalation of coffee I did when I scrolled to that photo. Disclaim next time!
So glad all went well and to see the both of you back. Also glad I don't have to city-walk my walnut-sized bladder Sky dog--so much easier to open the door and boot him out into the fenced-in back yard at 3:00 a.m.
Posted by Vicki at November 15, 2005 08:49 AMSo glad to hear from you two. Glad everything seems a little saner.
Very nice fall tree pic from the hospital window. We don't get those purty colors here in Cowtown.
Can't wait to see more photos of the new place, and more doggies photos please.
Posted by Cowtown Pattie at November 15, 2005 05:43 PMNice photos. I expect you'll be building up a gang of very early morning friends. Hope Stacey's leg is looking more comfortable by now.
Posted by Anji at November 16, 2005 10:14 AMI'm with Vicki- but more than hating having to drag my ass out at 3 pm to walk the dog(s), in whatever weather, I would hate having to scoop thier city poop at 3pm.
But a great view!
Posted by lucy at November 18, 2005 03:08 PMWhat a nice clean wound! Looks like that will be minimal scarring when it's all healed.
Posted by Suzette at November 19, 2005 12:18 PMI'm sorry but this: "Also, people tend to give someone walking three dogs a wide berth. The blood running down my arm added to the don't-fuck-with-that-maniac aura." made me laugh out loud even though there was blood running down your arm. I'm glad I wasn't trying to drink anything at the same time because I would have spit on my keyboard and probably the screen. I hope your elbow is better.
Stacey's leg did NOT make me laugh, however. I hope your therapy is going well, Stace.
Posted by Keri at November 21, 2005 08:53 AMOWWWWW! I hope Stacey is feeling much, much better than the visual evidence suggests.
