Well, hello there stranger. I'm working up to baking this afternoon. A chocolate walnut (may sub pecans)caramel tart. From this month's Good Housekeeping. Requested by my sister last Sunday for this Sunday. 50 minutes prep--Holy crapolie. From scratch caramel. I predict sugar comas all around.
